ENG 1101: Original Traces

I’m going to talk about environmental issues in NYC. Why? because it is important to know what going on to the environment in which we live in and what is being done to prevent environmental issues. Today there are thousands of people living in NYC that use motor vehicles instead finding an alternative that would benefit the environment such as, walking, biking, taking the train etc. It wouldn’t only help the environment but it would benefit us like exercising, after all we are considered the most obese people in the world, and growing. Researches say that obesity is rising faster in NYC than nationally.

A Global Graveyard for Dead Computers in Ghana. This is about people in Ghana breaking up computers for the interior cables and wires. The most desired parts were copper other than aluminum, or zinc. Many of these people are treated really badly, and really poorly. These pictures are really telling the reader that Ghana is a really poorly treated country,

This article is really interesting. It is basically about how much carbon dioxide do we produce from making google searches. Many people including I, don’t realize how much it effects out environment when searching on google.

The ad is avertising an energy dirnk. It shows a couple on a date probably because the women is dressed with a pink tight sleeveless low cut dress and the gentleman is basically dressed with a tie.

I don’t think everyone starts with the same opportunities. America is known for the migration of immigrants from around the world. When immigrants arrive here have different opportunities such as one might have had a great job in his/her recent country and may have traveled here for a better job, and another might have been rich and migrated here for vacation purposes.
