Manufactured food & drink products: where they come from

The problem that I want to discuss is the fact that people are disinterested in the involvement of finding out where their food is coming from. The articles that reveal most about this topic are “Unhappy Meals”“Message in a Bottle”  ,and “Fiji Water: Spin the Bottle”. These three articles go through further detail on how many products originate and then manage to get into the public’s hands. Two neologisms that I would propose to solve the problem are: 1) questedibility= one should question edibility of the product; 2) orineality = should the origin be the reality?

This is a great start! I love your neologisms and I look forward to discussing them today in class. Let’s start thinking about how those neologisms might be applied and thought about in different ways. For example, how might questedibility be measured? Should questedibility be a skill that is taught in schools? How might it be tested? What are the problems that could result for people who have low levels of questedibility?
